Leicester who are on it again will be facing the hummers this evening. This is a very important game for both teams as they look to progress higher in the table
Each of these two teams scored two goals against a traditional top 6 team. Leeds were however better in defensive work than Bournemouth. They played Liverpool and won by 2 goals to 1 while their today’s opponent lost by three goals to 2. Bournemouth had started the game very well and were the ones who scored the two goals 1st in what seemed like a game going their way.
This is the 5th game for these two teams. During their last meeting, Chelsea was unable to beat their gusts RB Salzburg in a match that ended in a 1-1 draw. The blues now have a chance to revenge and denied their opponents all three points tonight. Chelsea currently has the lead in the group stage followed closely by their tonight opponents. If they lose this game today they will end up second by the end of the day.
How the teams should win
Just like the two teams have dominated the group stage, that how hard it is going to be for either of them to win. Chelsea is more equipped to beat the opponent considering the experience and manpower the club has. they have won the title in the last five years and twice overall. Something very few teams can say.
The champions league is tough this season and anyone can get demoted to the Europa league. Barcelona for instance one of the teams that dominate the champions league losing. if they don’t win their next matches while hoping the competitors lose, they might end up in the Europa league if not completely out of the league. The best chance for these two teams not to end up like Barcelona only a draw will favor both their course.
